RentPayment has announced the implementation of Cardinal MAX, the mobile platform from CardinalCommerce Corporation, to allow residents to make payments via their mobile phones.

For the cash savvy, the program is a potential windfall, allowing users to rack up rewards points that qualify them for free trips and other perks."

Moneygram International has announced it has reached an agreement to acquire Oakland, California-based PropertyBridge, Inc., a provider of electronic payment services to the residential real estate management industry. Moneygram says the acquisition, expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2007, "will expand the reach of MoneyGram’s global brand and line of payment services into a dynamic and synergistic market."

Green Dot has announced an agreement with RentPayment, an electronic payments processor in the multifamily industry, that enables customers of RentPayment to have access to convenient cash payment methods using Green Dot's MoneyPak.
