PreCash has announced FlipMoney, a mobile wallet app for underbanked consumers.

“Historically, people with the least amount of money and free time pay more and have fewer convenient options to do simple things like pay bills or cash checks,” said Steve Taylor, PreCash CEO. “Until now, the current cadre of mobile payments and financial services apps largely ignore the needs of people without bank accounts and credit cards. PreCash has announced that it has added three features to its Vision Visa Prepaid Cards.

"Like Americans with banking relationships, prepaid customers want optional services associated with their cards. PreCash developed these features: a savings account for people to plan for the future, roadside assistance to provide them with comfort in the case of car emergencies, and cash back on gas purchases to reward them for using the card," remarked Mia Mends.

PreCash has announced the launch of PreCash Secure Payment Services.

With its Secure Payment Services, PreCash offers Money Service Businesses (MSBs) agent agreements that ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations and include risk management and settlement features. PreCash agents are able to sell, load or unload prepaid debit stored value products and can transmit money for the purpose of prepaid wireless refills and bill payment.

PreCash has announced Billocity, an expedited bill routing and delivery service that offers bill payment processors easier, faster and more profitable payment delivery.
