PayOne, formerly PaymentOne Corporation, has announced a direct carrier billing relationship with T-Mobile USA.

PaymentOne announced its support for the emerging HTML5 standard and the immediate availability of the PayOne HTML5 API. PaymentOne has announced the results of a recent survey that found "4 out of 5 consumers would spend more online if offered an easier and more secure way to pay. The survey also found that by a margin of almost 4 to 1, consumers believe direct carrier billed mobile payments are more secure than using credit and debit cards for online digital purchases."

PaymentOne has announced the availability of its PayOne Mobile SDK with Android One Click API.

By adding the simple Android One Click API from the PayOne Mobile SDK in their code, Android developers can begin making money from app downloads and in-app purchases made over the PaymentOne network, spanning more than 70 countries and 3.5 billion consumers. PaymentOne pioneered direct carrier billing and no-credit-card-required payments, and has been innovating simple user experiences that deliver secure "fraud-proof" transactions for more than a decade.

PaymentOne has announced the company "surpassed $5 billion in micro-payment transactions and incremental revenue generation for its digital clients. PaymentOne enables publishers, application developers and digital merchants such as AOL, Blizzard Entertainment and Gaia Online to sell more virtual goods, online and mobile services, and recurring digital subscriptions to consumers around the world." PaymentOne was an earlier pioneer in bill-to-carrier payments.

PaymentOne has announced it is partnering with BilltoMobile to "offer PaymentOne merchants and customers more competitive payouts and advanced security compared to premium SMS through the BilltoMobile Direct Mobile Billing (DMB) payment service which is directly connected into the carrier billing system."

PaymentOne has announced AnyPhone, a new bill-to-carrier payment network that provide simple and secure options for online and mobile consumers to pay for their virtual currency, digital subscriptions, mobile applications and other online services from any mobile or connected device on any platform with one click.

PaymentOne has announced it has closed a $7 million round of equity and debt financing led by AER Investments LLC. According to the company, "the new funding will be used to expand and accelerate the organic growth and mobile related product development as well as set the foundation for executing on strategic acquisition targets to complement the company's suite of payment gateway services."
