Metavante has announced that it will process and settle transactions for NACHA’s Secure Vault Payments, an automated clearing house (ACH)-based Internet payments system that allows consumers to conduct e-commerce and bill payment transactions without sharing personal or account information online.
Monitise Americas has announced that "five additional financial institutions have signed agreements with NYCE Payments Network to provide mobile services to their customers and members. Metavante Technologies has announced the acquisition of London-based Nomad Payments Limited, a provider of prepaid and debit card processing and licensed software. The purchase price was approximately $58 million. Nomad will now operate as Metavante Technologies Limited, part of the Metavante International Group.

According to the two companies, "the service, which is fully integrated into the industry leading NYCE Payments Network to deliver a highly secure connection to the nation’s leading financial institutions, allows financial institutions of all sizes to offer mobile financial services to their customers without significant investment in new technology."
Metavante Technologies, Inc. has announced that it has completed its spin-off from Marshall & Ilsley Corporation. "Shares of common stock for Metavante Technologies, Inc. will begin trading today on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the symbol MV. Metavante Corporation is the principal operating subsidiary of
Metavante Technologies, Inc."
Marshall & Ilsley Corporation and Metavante Technologies, Inc. have announced that they have completed the separation of Marshall & Ilsley Corporation and Metavante Corporation. As a result of the transaction, Marshall & Ilsley Corporation has separated into two independent publicly-traded companies: new Marshall & Ilsley Corporation and Metavante Technologies, Inc.
