Jack Henry Announces Mobile Remote Deposit Capture

JackHenry_logo_140px.pngJack Henry & Associates has announced the addition of mobile remote deposit capture to its comprehensive portfolio of industry-leading remote deposit capture (RDC) solutions provided by its ProfitStars division and marketed under its Alogent brand. ProfitStars will be integrating its Alogent Mobile Remote Deposit Solution with mobile RDC system provided by Mitek Systems.

Jack Henry & Associates Announces Standalone P2P Payment Solution

JackHenry_logo.gifJack Henry & Associates recently announced TheWayiPay, the standalone version of the iPay person-to-person (P2P) electronic payment solution which is provided by its recently acquired iPay Technologies division. TheWayiPay allows anyone in the US with a bank account to send money with just recipient's name and e-mail address.

Jack Henry to Acquire iPay Technologies for $300 MM

IpayTechnologies_logo-200px.png Jack Henry & Associates has announced that it has "entered into a definitive agreement for the acquisition of Kentucky-based iPay Technologies, a portfolio company of Spectrum Equity Investors and Bain Capital Ventures. iPay was founded in 2001 and currently operates as the largest independent electronic bill pay provider in the United States. Through strategic partnerships with more than 50 providers of information processing and online banking solutions, iPay's turnkey online bill pay services and technology are supporting more than 3,600 banks and credit unions. Under the terms of the definitive agreement, at the closing Jack Henry will purchase all of the equity of iPay for a purchase price of $300 million in cash, subject to certain closing and post-closing adjustments." Jack Henry to Acquire Pemco Technologies

Jack Henry & Associates has announced the acquisition of Washington-based Pemco Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of PEMCO Corporation and one of the nation's leading providers of payment processing solutions primarily for the credit union industry. Jack Henry Reports Record Remote Deposit Capture Transactions

Jack Henry has announced that its Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) solution continues to set new transaction volume records. The company's RDC solution now supports more than 22,000 merchants and 85,000 merchant locations. "After a record-setting July, during which more than 11,350,000 RDC transactions were processed, volumes continued to increase and another monthly record was set in August with more than 11,685,000 RDC transactions processed. The collective transactions processed during this two-month period represent in excess of $18 billion." READ MORE »

Jack Henry Announces 54th Mobile Banking Customer

Jack Henry & Associates has announced that goDough, its mobile banking solution, has been adopted by 54 of its core banking clients. goDough is a browser-based solution developed internally by Jack Henry & Associates and introduced in November 2007. [Editor's Note: Last September, Glenbrook's Russ Jones posted a 10-Step Cookbook for Glenbrook's Mobile Banking Strategy recommending that bankers get to work enabling a browser-based mobile banking solution.]
