The Direct Response Forum (DRF) has announced it will hold its annual forum on Monday August 8th through Wednesday August 10th, 2011 at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina. According to the DRF, "This year's Direct Response Forum, Cruising Through Payment Challenges, will provide a variety of educational sessions designed to give direct merchants real-time strategies for streamlining payment processes and cutting costs."

The Direct Response Forum (DRF) has released survey results from this years annual event held in Memphis in August. The merchant survey showed interchange fees the #1 concern of payment professionals (57% of the respondents), CNP Chargeback Rules are #2 concern, and PCI compliance the #3 concern. The DRF is a forum for CNP merchants; this year event attracted 420 payment professionals that collectively represent billions of dollars in card-not-present credit and debit card transactions every year.

Glenbrook's Jay DeWitt will be on hand at this year's Direct Response Forum (DRF) on August 10th to lead a session that explores business continuity best practices for CNP merchants. The session will evaluate, in a business context, where merchants should focus their energies and which activities probably "aren't worth the bother".

The Direct Response Forum (DRF), a trade association for payments professionals in the direct response marketing industry, has announced that it has begun accepting registrations for its 19th Annual Forum to be held in San Diego, Monday August 11 through Wednesday August 13.

The Direct Response Forum has announced that the 2007 Forum has been approved for up to 13 Certified Treasury Professional/Certified Cash Manager recertification credits by the Association for Financial Professionals. This year’s DRF annual meeting will be held in Seattle from August 5th through 7th.
