Clingle Now Offering Instant Location-Based Gifting

Clingle has announced the launch of Clingle Gifts, a feature that lets users to send gift cards instantly from an iPhone while attaching a personalized video, audio or text message.

“We’ve taken check-in technology one step further by incorporating the spontaneity and creativity that comes with surprising a friend or loved one,” said Sonpreet Bhatia, co-founder of MyCityWay, the company behind Clingle. “The new gifting feature allows users to leave a thoughtful gesture at the right place at the right time, but with a far more personal twist. As a first of its kind mobile ‘thank you,’ the recipient can send a cling with a multimedia message, such as a picture of what they purchased with the gift card, as opposed to a traditional email or phone call.”
