Wells Fargo Enhances Rewards Program

Wells Fargo has announced that it has enhanced its rewards program by adding the Earn More Mall with bonus point opportunities, the ability to purchase retail gift cards, new travel features and benefits, five times as many redemption options, and a redesigned site for easier navigation and improved search capabilities.

“In good economic times and bad, customers expect to be rewarded for their business and their loyalty,” said Bob Ryan, head of Wells Fargo Rewards & Enhancements Services. “At Wells Fargo, we have enhanced our rewards program as a way to further demonstrate our appreciation for that loyalty.”

The Earn More Mall site is an online shopping mall that gives Rewards Program members the opportunity to earn bonus points for purchases they make at participating online merchants. The Earn More Mall site provides members’ access to hundreds of merchants in a wide variety of categories including apparel, electronics, music, entertainment, and much more. The Earn More Mall site also includes the ability to purchase Gift Cards. Whether members are buying gifts for the holidays, celebrating a birthday, or rewarding an employee, the Earn More Mall has the ideal gift card for each occasion.

Wellsfargorewards.com offers the ability for members to customize their trips online or by phone, and pay for their full itinerary with points. Wells Fargo offers a flexible approach to payment, now members can create the itinerary they want, and pay for it how they want all in a simple transaction. Members can pay for travel with points or split pay with points and funds from their Wells Fargo credit or debit card account.

Online booking has never been easier for Wells Fargo Rewards program members. Rewards members receive greater flexibility since there are no rules or regulations around air travel redemptions, no blackout periods or seating assignments. In addition, rewards members are able to search by date, seat maps, multi-city or one way bookings. Members can redeem for travel certificates including: the Ritz Carlton, Hyatt and Marriott, Car Rentals, Cruises and airlines.

Wells Fargo redesigned the site to provide better access to the program features customers frequently use, including Points Summary and the Rewards Catalog. Wells Fargo added new descriptive categories to help members find that perfect something quickly and easily. Members will be able to quickly find their rewards options by category, point range, or specific item. Wells Fargo also expanded the rewards catalog offering to more than 1000 rewards to choose from.
