Accelerating Credit CARD Act Effective Dates
In an editorial titled "Credit Card Chicanery", the New York Times continues its editorial efforts to get Congress to accelerate the effective dates for the Credit Card Accountability, Responsibility and Disclosure Act - writing that "it is time that Congress looked out less for the credit card companies and more for American consumers."
