Glenbrook's Newest Partner: Jacqueline Chilton
Glenbrook Partners, a leading financial services consulting and research firm, has named Jacqueline Chilton as a partner in the firm. As a respected consultant in the payments industry, Jacqueline offers clients expertise in opportunity assessment, strategy development, and business case justification across multiple disciplines including payment cards, risk and compliance, and processor platforms.
“Jacqueline offers Glenbrook a breadth of experience addressing client challenges related to payments," said Scott Loftesness, a managing partner with Glenbrook. "She has worked closely with our clients to expand their knowledge of the global payments marketplace dynamics, the potential implications, and possible solutions.”
Prior to joining Glenbrook as an associate, Jacqueline was a senior engagement manager with Accenture Ltd. in its Strategy and Financial Services practices. She worked in payment cards, interchange, cash management, accounts payables, accounts receivables and strategic sourcing.
“Jacqueline has an innate ability to build consensus and achieve real change,” said Dennis Moser, a partner with Glenbrook. “She drives client teams to make decisions, and then ensures the action plan is implemented in a timely fashion.”
Jacqueline has spent over fifteen years developing strategies, defining solutions, refining business cases, and guiding implementations that deliver measurable results for her clients. Earlier in her career she was a consultant with Bain & Company and has advised clients as an independent practitioner.
"Jacqueline offers our clients a deep understanding of business payment challenges," said Allen Weinberg, a managing partner with Glenbrook Partners. "Her strategy recommendations are firmly grounded in the reality of driving change within large corporations."
