Accertify_logo.jpgAccertify has announced that its Interceptas platform has been chosen by eHarmony, the online service that uses relationship science to match singles seeking long-term relationships.

Accertify’s technology plays an important role in eHarmony’s existing multi-pronged fraud protection strategy, which uses proactive intervention, user accountability and cutting-edge technology. After a thorough trial of the Interceptas platform, eHarmony was confident that this industry-leading technology would enhance its fraud-fighting capabilities.

“We continuously identify and apply the latest and best fraud protection tools,” said Scott Ackerman, Vice President of Customer Care at eHarmony. “After thoroughly reviewing multiple fraud detection systems and comparing their capabilities against our unique business needs, we felt that Accertify offered the most comprehensive and effective option to augment our current methods.”

Interceptas provides comprehensive fraud-fighting tools and components in a single, integrated system that allows merchants to integrate more data into the fraud-fighting process for improved screening success. The platform can be used to manage a variety of data management challenges across the enterprise. In addition, its automated workflow features strengthen fraud defenses and reduce the manual effort involved in fraud protection.

“We’re excited about working with eHarmony,” said Jeff Liesendahl, CEO of Accertify. “We know that for many types of organizations, from retailers to airlines to social networks, data management is the key to effective fraud protection. That’s why we designed Interceptas with features and flexibility that help all types of merchants get control over their data and adapt quickly to new fraud trends.”
