Citi Mastercard refused to refund a charge that goes back to February of 2008. I have made many phone calls which I kept a log of and sent letters and documentation that the vendor returned the charged funds. It is now 14 months later and they are still reviewing the situation. They added late fees and charges to my card becasue of their refusal to issue the credit. I sent them a letter signed by the vendor declaring that the funds were taken from his account and still they called and insisted that wasn't true. The vendor is willing to help me fight this fraudulant case by Citi Master card. What do I do now? Can I send this to my Senator? This is over a $350.00 charge. HOw many others are they doing this to? Where does one go with these situations?
