Maritz, Welcome Real-Time Launch US Loyalty Offering for Issuers
Maritz and Welcome Real-time have announced a partnership to launch an new loyalty offering in the United States and Canada that will allow customers to redeem points to make purchases and allow card issuers to deliver personalized offers at the point of sale.
“It is essential to differentiate customer loyalty programs so that they don’t become commoditized. Both card issuers and merchants face challenges in optimizing the value of their loyalty efforts.
