RBS Lynk Selects Chockstone For Restaurant Loyalty Marketing

Tags » Chockstone, Loyalty Programs, Merchant Acquirers, RBS Lynk

Chockstone and RBS Lynk have announced a strategic partnership to provide loyalty services to RBS Lynk restaurant merchants. According to the two companies, "Chockstone's unique loyalty platform helps further differentiate RBS Lynk's product offering for restaurant operators, demonstrating RBS Lynk's commitment to offering unrivaled products and service for its restaurant customer locations."

As part of the agreement, Chockstone is the recommended loyalty processing provider for RBS Lynk's restaurant customers, providing them the tools to analyze and act upon customer transaction data in real time. The purchasing intelligence available via the Chockstone platform allows participating restaurants to influence consumer behavior and increase customer visits, spend and profits.

"At RBS Lynk, we are constantly seeking new ways to demonstrate leadership in the ways we support our merchants, including the highest standard of service available," said Asif Ramji, SVP Prepaid and Loyalty Services. "We recognize that loyalty programs are essential to effectively attract and retain our restaurant customers. Our alliance with Chockstone and access to its proven technology will enable us to offer an even more competitive suite of business solutions to our merchants."

Chockstone provides a turnkey solution for merchants to design and launch highly-targeted point-of-sale (POS) promotions themselves through a web-based Campaign Management Tool. Once a program is deployed, marketers simply log-in, choose the promotional parameters and target audience, and submit. With Chockstone, companies of all sizes can immediately leverage customer intelligence and offer relevant promotions right at the point of sale. Merchants also have the freedom to test and refine targeted, email and receipt-based offers nationally, regionally or within a single location.

"We are proud to be associated with RBS Lynk, one of the nation's leading payment processors, and feel that the organization's decision to partner with Chockstone further validates the quality of our marketing technology," said Jeff Lipp, CEO of Chockstone. "RBS Lynk's heralded merchant support, combined with our loyalty card services, will enable restaurants to easily increase transaction volumes and build a more loyal customer base."

Chockstone's loyalty platform is currently available to RBS Lynk merchants. To learn more about the Chockstone services provided at one of 46,000 merchant locations nationwide, go to https://www.chockstone.com/products.
