JPMorgan Introduces New Corporate Platinum, Gold Cards
JPMorgan has announced a new Corporate Platinum and Gold Card offering - calling them "the world’s most widely accepted travel and entertainment cards designed to enable business executives to maximize their productivity when traveling. Among the premium benefits and services available through the card programs are superior VIP airport lounge access, VIP Luggage Delivery, concierge services, travel accident and lost luggage insurance coverage, and emergency medical and dental coverage."
JPMorgan’s superior airport lounge access, available through both the Platinum and Gold cards, provides business travelers with 50 percent more lounge locations than offered by the American Express Platinum Card*, including more than 500 VIP airport lounges in more than 275 cities worldwide. In addition, travelers are able to use these airline lounges even if they are not traveling with that specific airline.
VIP Luggage Delivery, a service not available from other corporate card programs, is a premium offering in which business executives can avoid waiting in line for checked bags by having items such as luggage, golf clubs or skis delivered to a requested destination address within 40 miles of the airport. JPMorgan is offering VIP Luggage Delivery via an exclusive agreement with Priority Solutions International, the leading provider of baggage delivery services. Priority Solutions International, through its affiliates, manages luggage delivery for six of the seven largest North American airline carriers.
According to The Nilson Report, JPMorgan offers the world’s most widely accepted card with coverage in more than 26 million outlets worldwide and almost three times the acceptance rate of American Express.

JPMorgan’s new Corporate Platinum and Gold Cards are part of the company’s suite of executive card products, which also includes the VIP card. The Corporate Platinum and Gold products include the following premium travel benefits and special services:
- Corporate Platinum Card – Superior airport lounge access with 50% more lounge locations than offered by the American Express Platinum Card*, including more than 500 VIP airport lounges in more than 275 cities worldwide; fewer restrictions on lounge access, enabling travelers to use airline lounges any day of the week, even if they are not traveling with that specific airline; VIP Luggage Delivery Services; free enrollment in the JPMorgan Rewards Program to earn rewards points on company travel; concierge services to assist in arranging restaurant reservations and numerous travel-related requests; priority call handling when phoning JPMorgan’s 24-hour customer service team; 24-hour access to travel and emergency services; $1,000,000 travel accident insurance coverage; $5,000 lost luggage insurance coverage; emergency medical and dental coverage; legal and medical referral services; and primary car rental insurance.
- Corporate Gold Card – Superior airport lounge access, including more than 500 VIP lounges in more than 275 cities worldwide – a benefit not offered on any other Corporate Gold product; concierge services to assist in arranging restaurant reservations and numerous travel-related requests; discounted access to VIP Luggage Delivery Services; priority call handling when phoning JPMorgan’s 24-hour customer service team; 24-hour access to travel and emergency services; $1,000,000 travel accident insurance coverage; $5,000 lost luggage insurance coverage; emergency medical and dental coverage; legal and medical referral services; and primary car rental insurance.
JPMorgan’s corporate card programs are supported by PaymentNet, an online tool that provides companies with greater visibility, reporting capabilities, flexibility and program controls. For example, from one online system, purchasing card administrators can order new cards, modify spending limits, instantly adjust cardholder profiles and monitor corporate compliance. Users also have access to more than 70 standard reports that provide the transaction detail needed, including vendor analysis, unusual activity analysis, hotel spending, car rental spending, and delinquency reports. In addition, cardholders can view their statements and authorizations in real-time.
