ShopNBC Now Accepts PayPal
ValueVision Media, operator of ShopNBC, has announced that ShopNBC.com has added PayPal as a new payment method for its customers.
"We continue to focus on opportunities to enhance the customer experience at ShopNBC," said Frank Elsenbast, CFO of ValueVision Media, Inc. "PayPal allows us to offer a new payment method that is convenient and valued by our ShopNBC.com customers."
PayPal is a global leader in online payment solutions with more than 153 million accounts worldwide. It offers added convenience to customers, allowing them to use their chosen method of payment (debit card, credit card, bank account or stored balance) through their individual PayPal account.
"Our customers prefer to use PayPal, and they've told us that they want to be able to use their PayPal accounts where they love to shop online," said Stephanie Tilenius, vice president of merchant services at PayPal. "We're thrilled that they can now use PayPal on ShopNBC.com, one of the leading home shopping and Internet retailers."
PayPal enables any customer with an email address to make a purchase using their preferred method of payment without disclosing financial information on multiple sites. And, the PayPal Express Checkout feature offers added convenience, enabling customers to checkout on ShopNBC.com in just three clicks, without having to share their financial details or enter billing and shipping information.
For a limited time, ShopNBC.com will be offering free shipping and handling on all PayPal orders.
