Cardinal Bank Introduces Mobile Banking
Virginia-based Cardinal Bank has announced “Go Cardinal”, a free mobile banking service that allows customers to use their cell phones and smartphones to access their accounts. According to Cardinal, consumers will be able to check balances, pay bills, transfer money, look up interest rates, locate a Cardinal Banking Center or ATM.
Cardinal’s customers may use its free Mobile Banking from any Internet-enabled mobile phone and device including, Motorola, Palm Treo, Pocket PC or RIM Blackberry. “Go Cardinal” may be accessed from any of the major wireless carriers such as Sprint PCS, Verizon Wireless, AT&T Cingular Wireless or T-Mobile.“We’re excited about the convenience and control Cardinal’s Mobile Banking service offers to our customers,” says Cardinal Financial Corporation Chairman and CEO Bernard H. Clineburg. “Now our customers will be connected to their finances wherever they go giving them confidence and flexibility.”
