Zappos.com Adds Bill Me Later Payments
I4 Commerce has announced that Zappos.com has begun using its Bill Me Later payment service that includes flexible financing opportunities for customers such as no payments for 90 days.
“Our mission from day one has been to offer the best shopping experience of any online retailer and we have accomplished this through relentlessly focusing on what our customers want,” said Tony Hsieh, CEO of Zappos.com. “Zappos.com customers expect selection and convenience. This includes when it is time to pay for their purchases. Bill Me Later is the only payment method that meets both of these desires and it is a key element of our business.”I4 Commerce enables retailers to take back and simplify the payment experience to capture lost sales, increase customer loyalty and maximize profits. Through a single implementation of its PayCapture suite, merchants gain access to a set of technology solutions including Bill Me Later, promotional financing, private label credit and integrated marketing programs.
“Leading online retailers like Zappos.com know innovation and service grow a business,” said Vince Talbert, vice president of marketing at I4 Commerce. “Bill Me Later is a strategic marketing advantage for Zappos.com and other retailers because it helps them to build incremental sales by turning browsers into buyers. Retailers are quickly realizing that when customers feel secure making online purchases and have access to flexible financing options, they are more likely not just to buy, but to return frequently and spend more.”
