The new members of I4 Commerce's board have changed the face of retailing over the past few decades by helping identify customer needs and innovative ways to meet them.

Mark Britto is a pioneer in online retailing. While serving as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Services, Sales and Business Development at Amazon.com, he spearheaded deals with national retail giants such as Target, Circuit City, Borders Books and Toys "R" Us. Currently, Britto is CEO and President of Ingenio, a paid search-based advertising system. Prior to his work with Ingenio and Amazon.com, Britto held senior management positions with First USA and Nations Bank. He earned an M.S. in Operations Research and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations from the University of California at Berkeley.

Robert DiRomualdo brings more than three decades of retail leadership to the I4 Commerce Board. For more than ten years, DiRomualdo led Borders Group, Inc. where he most recently served as Chairman from late 1999 until January 2002. He first joined Borders (then called Book Inventory Systems) in January 1989 as CEO and served in that capacity until the end of 1999. During his tenure, DiRomualdo took the company from a five-store operation with $17 million in sales to a Fortune 500 retail powerhouse on the New York Stock Exchange. Before joining Borders, he served as President and CEO of Hickory Farms. DiRomualdo currently serves as founder and CEO of Naples Ventures, LLC, a specialty investment firm. He earned a B.S. from Drexel Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Victor Lund brings a unique perspective to the I4 Commerce board with his nearly three decades as a leader in the retail food industry. He served as Vice Chairman of Albertson's, Inc., a food and drug retailer, from 1999 until 2002. Prior to his role at Albertson's, Lund held several senior level positions at American Stores Company, most recently serving as Chairman of the Board and CEO. Lund also serves as a director of Borders Group, Inc.; Del Monte Food Company; NCR Corporation, a global technology company providing ATMs, retail systems, data warehouses and IT services and Service Corporation International. He earned a B.S. in accounting and an M.B.A. from the University of Utah.
