Green Dot, InComm Announce Strategic Distribution Agreement
Green Dot Corporation and InComm have announced today that they have signed a distribution agreement that "will enable the two companies to share technology, retail networks, and marketing opportunities."
Under the terms of the agreement, Green Dot(R) will be able to use the InComm Fastcard(R) Network for activation of its prepaid debit cards, and InComm will have access to the Green Dot Financial Network for reloading of its own prepaid debit cards. The two companies will also strategically share resources and channels to extend the reach of their products and services."Both Green Dot and InComm are innovators and pioneers in the rapidly developing prepaid card space," said Brooks Smith, President & CEO of InComm.
