Heartland Payment Systems Partners With Peppercoin
Peppercoin has announced a strategic alliance with Heartland Payment Systems, Inc. that "extends Peppercoin's reach in the merchant community and makes its solutions available to the more than 130,000 businesses that rely on Heartland for payment processing."
Peppercoin works with partners like Heartland to provide merchants with innovative solutions that increase revenue through enhanced customer loyalty and reduce transaction processing costs. Peppercoin delivers unique value to the card networks and helps accelerate the cash-to-card transition, which will help Heartland increase its overall transaction volume. Heartland processes more than one billion payment transactions annually, primarily for small to medium-sized businesses.Cheddar's Pizza is the first customer to sign under the new alliance between Heartland and Peppercoin. The family-owned pizza parlor, located in Cambridge, Mass., has been honored with TV Diner's "Gold Plate for Excellent Dining" award and will be using the Virtual Prepaid and Merchant Loyalty & Rewards components of Peppercoin's Small Payment Suite.
