Prepaid Media Announces PayBefore.com, Prepaid Card Report
Prepaid Media has announced three new media properties: PayBefore.com, Prepaid Card Report (PCR), and Prepaid Card Report Newsletter (PCR Newsletter) that will be launched in phases beginning at the 2007 Prepaid Card Expo to be held in Las Vegas, February 26-28, 2007.
“With our unique awareness and understanding of the complexities of the prepaid and stored value card industry, knowledge of the differences between prepaid cards and other card-types, and domain experience in working within the industry for many years, we are creating an online portal, print publication, and email newsletter that we believe will best meet the targeted news, education, and information needs of the marketplace,” said Jonathan A. Weiner, president, Prepaid Media. “There are many great publications and information resources available today serving the payments market generally and specific payment sectors. We believe our initiatives are a good complement to those.”
Along with the new media properties, Prepaid Media will publish the Prepaid Buyers Guide, an annual buyer’s guide directory available online at PayBefore.com and published as part of a special print issue of PCR. Prepaid Media will also publish Prepaid Card Data -- a set of key prepaid card industry statistics and metrics tracked by Prepaid Media and available online at PayBefore.com and published in PCR.
