VP of Business Development For Vesdia

Vesdia Corporation, a leading provider of loyalty and reward programs to financial institutions is seeking an energetic and seasoned sales professional to sell its suite of loyalty services to the top 100 credit and debit card issuers. Vesdia has an existing sales pipeline and numerous referencable Fortune 500 clients including Citibank and MasterCard.

This position will report directly to and work closely with the company’s CEO from our company’s Atlanta headquarters. Responsibilities include development and implementation of effective sales strategy including management of all phases of the sales process and the coordination of all sales activities complemented by strong tactical sales management.

Position Available: ASAP

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a self motivated full-solutions seller with experience in loyalty & reward programs in the financial services industry. Minimum 4-6 years successful and documented track record of selling strategic loyalty & reward programs to corporate America or related sales experience working with credit and debit card issuers. Must possess a strategic/conceptual approach to sales and be well suited presenting to and working C-level executives. Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and comprehensive computer skills required. Polished presentation and oral communication skills for representation on industry panels and speaking engagements a plus.

Compensation: Six figure base plus robust commission plan, commensurate with experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 yr college degree
  • AT LEAST 4 to 6 years successful sales experience selling loyalty or related marketing incentive programs to C-level executives in either the financial or retail industry
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Strong skills with Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word, and Sales Force Automation tools
  • Formal sales training, account planning, and strategic sales skills
  • Experience selling with analytics and data
  • Strong cold calling, negotiation, and closing skills
  • 20-30% travel
  • Background and established contacts in financial services or credit/debit card industry is preferred
