Credit Card Businesses Bet On Technology

Ted Griffith writes for the Wilmington News Journal about how Bank of America and Chase are using new technology - including contactless cards - to help grow a mature business. "When you're looking at payment devices, and you're looking at payments in general, you just want to find that thing that you never leave home without," says Bank of America's Turner, borrowing from the most famous credit card slogan. "I always have my keys, I always have my cell phone, and I always have my thumb. Those will be the things that will indicate where payment technology will go." I also always have my wallet!
