New PayPal Plus MasterCard Issued By GE Consumer Finance

Daniel Wolfe writes for the American Banker (subscription required) about PayPal's new PayPal Plus MasterCard issued by GE Consumer Finance.

For the last several years PayPal had a co-branded Visa credit card deal with Providian, now part of Washington Mutual. Wolfe reports that relationship ended in April. PayPal has offered a PayPal Buyer Credit line with GE Consumer Finance for the last two years.
