Voice of the Customer: Payments News Survey Says!

• 70% in the US, 30% outside US (UK, India, Canada, Australia - all English speaking - rounded out the top 5).
• Over half our readers are made up of three groups: vendors to FI's, consultants and payments professionals at FI's.
• 6% had attended a Boot Camp in the last year.
• Almost half found Payments News originally via a search engine while searching for something on the web.
• 73% said they're very satisfied with Payments News and most of them read it at least once/day.
• 42% subscribe to the email delivery. The number of email subscribers continues to grow - now over 800.
• 85% said it was important that it was free. 14% said they might pay for a subscription.
• Cards & Payments was listed as the most popular other source, closely followed by the Nilson Report.
