JP Morgan Chase Holds Investor Day

Tags » ACH, Banking Industry, Chase Card Services

Yesterday, JP Morgan Chase executives held a major investor day event. An audio recording of the event and copies of the presentations are available in the Investor Relations section of the JPMorganChase web site.

A friend who listened to yesterday's event emails this morning:

Heidi Miller, CEO of JPMOrgan's $6.5 billion securities servicing/payments division, said during a Q&A session Tuesday that payments is what keeps her up at night, specifically, smaller firms that 'ride the ACH rails' and can potentially take market share away from JPMorgan.
