Jennifer Meyer writes for the La Vista, Nebraska Sun about PayPal's construction of a new 250,000 square foot building in La Vista that will add 600 new jobs by the end of the year.
The company opened an operations center in La Vista in 2003 with 500 employees. The number of employees grew to 1,000 and space at Southroads Mall was leased in fall 2005 to handle work overflow until the new facility is built.
