Update On Debit Card Fraud
David Lazarus of the San Francisco Chronicle updates last week's story about debit card fraud stemming from a data security breach at a retailer. In this morning's report, Lazarus identifies a major retailer who has been confirmed by his banking and law enforcement sources as the retailer where the data security breach occurred - although the retailer has so far not confirmed anything about the breach.
