PayPal Co-Founder Max Levchin Likes The Edge
Dan Fost reports for the Sunday San Francisco Chronicle on PayPal co-founder and Slide.com founder Max Levchin.
He has a small firm in San Francisco, Slide, that he believes could be bigger than PayPal, even though its business model has changed at least three times in the past three monthsPayPal, he points out, started out providing security software for handheld devices, and it changed direction at least six times before finding its raison d'etre.
"You can't get married to any one particular plan," he said. "That is the biggest lesson I learned at PayPal."
