MasterCard IPO May Be Postponed
Robin Sidel reports for the Wall St. Journal that MasterCard may delay its initial public offering until sometime in the second quarter. Sidel's report said no specific reasons were given by the association for any delay. MasterCard's last update to its registration statement filed with the SEC was on December 6, 2005.
