BitPass Lowers The Hurdles For Online Purchases

Tags » Bitpass, Micropayments

BitPassEzra Roizen writes for AlwaysOn about BitPass and new CEO Doug Knopper.

It turns out that Bitpass's current strategy is actually a bit more refined than I'd thought. Instead of trying to build an all-things-to-all-people online payment service, Bitpass is helping large distributed content providers establish a single, integrated payment, delivery, and loyalty platform. The idea is that large content portals are actually often collections of lots of smaller portals—each with its own transaction processing systems.
