SmartPay Partners With Pudong Development Bank for Mobile Payments in China
SmartPay and Pudong Development Bank have announced a partnership that will enable Pudong Development Bank customers throughout China to utilize SmartPay's mobile payment services.
Pudong Development Bank customers nationwide will be able to enjoy using convenient SmartPay mobile payment services. Currently, these services include a broad range of merchants, including utility companies and major telecommunications operators. The services will be offered to any mobile phone or PHS user over any network.SmartPay allows Chinese mobile phone users to conveniently pay for goods and services through their phone. The simplest application for this service is payment or top-up of phone bills. Users simply register for the service, and then will be alerted when their prepaid account is low, or when their post-paid account is due. The user can then easily pay via SMS. In addition to offering convenient payment of mobile phones bills, SmartPay also processes payments for IP cards, online gaming cards and utility bills. In near future, SmartPay will offer our customer to pay for lottery tickets, airline tickets and much more.
