Tags » First Data Corp., Processors

In a pair of SEC filings yesterday, First Data Corp. disclosed the current and new option grants held by incoming (and returning) CEO Henry C. "Ric" Duques.  On Monday, FDC announced that Duques was replacing retiring Chairman and CEO Charles Fote.

An SEC Form 3 disclosure lists options on about 4.35 million currently held by Duques, granted at various dates between 1999 and 2004 at strike prices ranging from $13.375 to $44.18 per share.

An SEC Form 4 disclosure lists two new option grants to Duques effective Saturday, 11/26/05, on a total of 850,000 shares at a strike price of $41.415/share.
