Visa International Appoints Terry Milholland to Chief Technology Officer

In his new position, Milholland will oversee the information technology management functions of Visa International, including intellectual property, data protection, information security and interoperability policies and standards across the six Visa regions worldwide. He will also manage the Visa International relationship with Inovant and Visa Distributed Processing Solutions - the primary Visa processing units. Working closely with Visa International's chief commercial officer, Matthew Piasecki, Milholland will help define and execute a technically robust, commercially-oriented, worldwide processing strategy.
