Colorado Lawmakers Consider New Gift Card Rules

Eighteen states last year considered legislation governing gift-card sales, according to the National Retail Federation. A handful of states, including Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Michigan, Iowa, California and New York, passed such laws.
