Micro to the Max
Denver's Rocky Mountain News takes a look at micropayments.
Lakewood's eDough is attempting to compete with PayPal, a popular online payment service owned by eBay, by offering a micropayments solution that's less expensive than one linked to credit cards and their per-transaction merchant fees. eDough calls itself "the all-cash internet payment solution" because people fund their eDough accounts from their own checking accounts.
