Ted Pincus reports in the Chicago Sun-Times on a new book titled Business Evolves, Leadership Endures by Andrea Redmond and Charles Tribbett III, both executive recruiters at Russell Reynolds Associates.
Among the traits, one of the most important is heart, says Redmond, 48, a home-grown Chicagoan who landed Jamie Dimon at Bank One, found Glenn Tilton for UAL and Gary Forsee for Sprint. (She’s currently on a CEO search for Visa USA).
