Lightbridge Results Include Authorize.Net
Lightbridge on Wednesday reported second quarter financial results including results from its Authorize.net payment processing business that was acquired from InfoSpace on March 31, 2004.
Revenue performance was driven primarily by the addition of revenue from the Company's new Payment Processing business. Lightbridge purchased Authorize.Net on March 31, 2004 and has reported the segment's revenue in its Payment Processing results for the second quarter 2004. Authorize.Net revenues increased 22.4% for the second quarter 2004 to $8.1 million compared to $6.6 million during the comparable quarter of 2003, as reported by InfoSpace, Inc., its former owner.
