Visa Inc. has announced that "it has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to a proposed initial public offering of its class A common stock." Intel Capital has announced a $10 million investment in iovation, a Portland, Oregon-based company that provides online security and fraud protection services. The company says it provides "the first device reputation service aimed at protecting business on the Internet.
