Credit Card Interchange Fees Spark Disputes Among Small Merchants

China's ICBC Sees Credit Cards Doubling in '07

George Chen reports for Reuters from Shanghai about plans by China's Industrial and Commercial Bank of China to double its credit card issuance this year to 20 million cards.
