Reuters reported this evening that KKR was set to offer $34 per share for FDC - more than a 26% premium compared to FDC's Friday closing stock price. Andrew Ross Sorkin and Michael J. De La Merced report for the New York Times that the deal is expected to be announced tomorrow morning.
